Cancellations
Open or Close
If the event is canceled two months prior to the event by CLIENT, Tadori Events shall retain fifty (50%) percent of CLIENT deposit. CLIENT understands that the fifty (50%) percent of the deposit paid to Tadori Events are not penalties, but represent a reasonable endeavor by the parties herein to estimate a fair compensation for the foreseeable losses that might result to Tadori Events from the cancellation of CLIENT.

Hold Harmless Clause

For valuable consideration, CLIENT hereby indemnifies and holds Tadori Events harmless from any liability or responsibility for any personal injury or damage as a result of negligence, omission, or mistake of CLIENT to its guests. This clause is in effect upon agreement by CLIENT and Tadori Events from the starting date of service until commencement of the event.

Deposit and Payment Terms

All events are reserved by CLIENT who confirms a specific time and date for his or her event. No event is confirmed until a deposit has been received. A requested minimum deposit of fifty (50%) percent of total estimated charges is required to secure the space for a CLIENT'S event. If the foregoing arrangements meet with CLIENT'S approval, the event proposal can be drafted to secure the date requested. Payment of all remaining estimated charges is due on the day of the event. Any additional CLIENT approved charges shall be due on the day of the event. Payment must be made via cash or check written to "Tadori Events".

Decorations
Open or Close
Tadori Events reserves the right to photograph any part of each and every event serviced by Tadori Events and otherwise publicize the event for the purpose of promoting the company. Decorations are purchased by the CLIENT unless specifically rented for a fee from Tadori Events.
